However before the crisis loan can be awarded you will need to agree in writing about how you will repay the loan. You will only be sent your payment once you have agreed to the terms of how you will repay the loan.

What will I be charged on my crisis loan?

Crisis loans are interest free and so you will not be charged any costs for borrowing the funds. However it is important to remember that crisis loan does need to be repaid at a future date.
